The Qur’ān, Dajjāl, and Stations in ‘time’ during day and night

A Taste of the New Book on ‘Time’ that is coming Insha Allah.

There are Divinely constructed ‘stations’, located at intervals, that function like a pageant in the succession of day and night. They are so designed as to arrest  attention while delivering  signs, – some as subtle as twilight and as sublime as starry nights, – others as moving as the break of dawn and as unforgettable as a full moon night – and yet others as picturesque as the golden rays of morning sunlight and as spectacular as the sun going down beneath the sea at sunset as a ball of fire. These ‘stations’ deliver lessons and warnings from Allah Most High to a people who think and reflect, and in whose hearts faith in Allah Most High, and fear of Him should consequently enter.

While all these ‘station’ mentioned above, and many others not mentioned, are important, they cannot compare with the continuous alternation of night and of day as the ‘station’ which arrests the most attention.

Dajjāl responded with a rival secular conception of time which ignored and dismissed all these sublime ‘stations’, and he succeeded in getting mankind, including most of the world of believers, to follow him on another road which he designed with just two ‘stations’, neither of which arrest attention, i.e., twelve midnight and twelve noon; and with mini stations of 1am., 2am., 3am., etc. ticking away in-between in monotonous mechanical regularity.

His choice of 12 noon as a ‘station’ should have alarmed believers since 12 noon can sometimes coincide with midday, when the sun is at the zenith, and when prayer is prohibited since it is susceptible for worship of the sun. His choice of 12 midnight, when all are asleep, as the main ‘station’ of all since, according to him, it brings the curtain down on a ‘day’, and raises the curtain for a new ‘day’, is meaningless, and hence in conflict with simple common sense.

Dajjāl is now moving to a digital age which dispenses with 12 noon, and with am and pm, and would eventually recognize only one ‘station’ which is known as 00hrs, i.e., that time in the night when he has decided, absurdly so, that a day ends and another day begins. One hour after 12 noon is now universally known in all air travel as 13.00hrs.  In consequence, he has dispensed with the ‘stations’ of night and of day and is moving, relentlessly so, to a totally godless system of time.

[This is a taste of the new book on time that is coming Insha Allah. This caravan will keep on moving Insha Allah. We do not as yet have a cover design for this new book. I prefer to wait until the book is completed before a cover is designed, and, Alhamdu lillah, I already have someone who will design a cover Insha Allah. Although the book is largely completed, it may yet take a few more months before it is finally completed, and this is because of my schedule of travel for almost another one year; may Allah give me life long enough to write this book as well as others I would love to write Insha Allah. But I would enjoy speaking about the book when we meet in Birmingham, Insha Allah, on November 4th.]
